Hey lacqueristas,
Yes I am still rocking neons as it doesn't feel even remotely like fall for me yet. It's hotter than you know what here in the district and regardless of the time of year I can pretty much get away with whatever color I want due to my skintone ;) And I could not resist the secret allure of Elevation Polish Base of Haungshan (BOH) for one second longer! BOH was a small batch prototype from some months ago that I was super lucky to snag. It's a highlighter yellow so intense it's hard to look directly at it, and since Lulu rarely does neons I knew I had to have it! It came just in time for me to do some playing as well with some of my never Loja BBF plates.

Hot Off The Stamping Press: MoYou London Gothic Collection!
Happy humpday stamperallas,
It's Wednesday which means it's MoYou London day on Lacquer Lockdown, and while I have been loving the recent Kaleidoscope collection plates that have been released I was totally surprised to see what MoYou had in store for us this week! For whatever reason I wasn't expecting another new collection and this was is being released and perfectly timed for the upcoming Halloween holiday...
Meet Raven the maven heading the Gothic Collection! This mascot is seriously adorable and definitely a little sassy...so will the plates follow suit?

Hot Off The Stamping Press: CIci & SIsi Nail Art Stamping Plates Live on Amazon!
Hey stamp champs,
Short post wihcih is pretty much an update of my previous post about the new nail art stamping plate sets released from Cici & Sisi last week. You can read about that here, but both sets are now available on Amazon where they had previously only been available on the Cici & Sisi website with somewhat cost prohibitive shipping. I meant to share this info a few days ago, but honestly I was hoping that they would have posted the images for Set 3 by the weeks' end however they still haven't. They have released all the images for Set 4 however you can kind of eyeball the plates for Set 3 from the side. Let's take a look at the rest of Set 4 since we have all tie images now.

Essie Blue Tone Ocean Swirl Watermarble Nail Art
Hey lacqueristas,
I know it's been a little slow in the stamping department these days. I actually have tons of mani's to share, but I really needed a break after participating in the MoYou London Rainbow challenge. I just found myself getting way overstressed and nitpicky regarding my own designs for my liking. I decided it might be better to take a step back and revisit some nail art techniques that I love and have allowed to get rusty. So basically I have been doing nothing but watermarbles for the last week and it's been a nice refresher! This swirl or pinwheel art idea I got from mysimplelittlepleasures. If you love watermarbles you should definitely check her out! Now onto the art oh and as a bonus I actually created a tutorial to go along with this on my Instagram!

Hot Off The Stamping Press: 2 New Cici & Sisi Jumbo Sets (UPDATED)!
Hey stamp champs,
There are so many great plates coming out these days I almost feel insane. I actually knew about these Cici and Sisi sets for a while but because the company didn't reveal any images to go along with their announcement of new sets I felt it would be a huge tease to post about them. You may recall my review of the first two sets that released from this company around January . If not you can read about it here. In any event they released their new plates today, but unfortunately in a strange manner they chose not to reveal all of the plates that would be part of each set. However I can show you 4 of the new plates, so let's take a look...
The image above was the initial teaser that Cici&Sisi put up about 1.5 weeks ago. As I said because not much was revealed I didn't feel this would be that exciting to post.
These images are likely all from Jumbo Set 3 since Cici&Sisi have a habit of continuing the plate numbering from set to set as they ascend which I also think is smart. I like what I'm seeing so far but the images of the actual plates are bit small I wish I could see more!
These two plates particularly 15 seem to be the coolest of all 4 images they have released thus far,but again I wish I could view the images closer. I also wish they had made them all available for viewing before making them available for purchase. So what do you think of the images so far?
So here's what I can tell you about these sets. First, they retail for $29.99 same as the previous 2 sets. They are currently only available on the now active Cici&Sisi website. Shipping ranges from $17USD and upward. These plates will also be available on Amazon.com soon hopefully according to a reply to an inquiry on their FB page - next month. You can follow Cici&Sisi on Facebook to see if they will be adding additional images and of course I will keep the post updated as they release. Who's getting them straight off the bat? Let me know and happy hunting lacqueristas. See you next post....
More plates released from the first set...
Again I really wish the images were larger or that I could zoom in. Thus far I'm reserving judgment until I see the full monty ;)

Color Club Abtract Skittlette Nail Art
Hey varnished vixens,
Today I thought I'd do a super simple mani as well as a little ode to a lady who always seems to have just the right knack of creating simple elegant nail art - Martha of Chit Chat Nails. She also happens to be the queen of skittlelets. So while thinking of how to execute a elegant and simple look I thought I'd take a nod at her style and go for the skittle mani.
