Psychedelic Sally Hansen Color Foil Watermarble Nail Art

Hey lacqueristas,

Time for some devaulting! One of the issues that I faced when blogger decided to implode on me is that I lost an unbelievable number of planned blog posts.  Sigh.  Ok so that definitely made me sad especially since oftentimes I use my draft posts as a means of tracking which plates and polishes I used to create a look like today's that may go up later.  I'll apologize in advance if I missed any polishes or details, but I'll try my best to make sure I don't miss anything.  So let's get onto todays post!

Base: Duri Rejuvacoat

Basecolor: Wet'N Wild Black Creme

Watermarble: Sally Hansen Color Foils in Liquid Gold, Minted Metal, Titanium Flush, Sterling Silver, and Cobalt Chrome

Sally Hansen Color Foils are still living wildly and happily in my heart.  They are awesome triple threat polishes - they are obviously beautiful polishes in their own right, they stamp like a dream, and they easily watermarble without the need for playing with polish thinners.  What's not to love? I actually ended up creating this look coming off the Rainbow challenge for MoYou London.  I was so bummed out about yet another contest where I lost that I just needed a break from stamping.  Around this time I also discovered that my skills with watermarbling had become so rusty and horrible compared to what it was even one year ago.  Eep! I couldn't stand it and thus the psychedelic watermarble using the SH Color Foils was born.

I'm pleased with how this turned out, but I'll admit photographing these polishes is really challenging because of the high shine.  All of my photos are without topcoat which is crazy when you look at how shiny and reflective these polishes are.  So tired of all my watermarbles yet?
