I hope everyone had a great Easter if you celebrate it! I had zero time to do any of the things I wanted to get done including a failed Easter mani which will never see the light of day -_- When I say it was a fail I mean it was epic.  The mani I created afterwards though...dead brill but will leave that for another post shall we?  Today let's talk about the latest release from Pet'la Plate for the Spring.  I think these plates may have released about 1.5 months ago maybe.  It's hard to say since even the Pet'la FB didn't have an announcement posted for the new release.

Lol seriously how many holo mani's have I posted lately?  Am I posting too many - are you getting sick of it? Don't worry I'm getting ready to post a few more of my more complex mani's soon i.e. heavily detailed.  I realized I haven't been trying them of late.  BUT today it's holo rainbows and geometric stamping!  I actually got this idea from looking at a video from Simply Nailogical though I didn't use liquid sharpies it still came out really nicely once I added more alcohol to the scribbles (see tutorial).

It's been a weekend of fails :(  I made so many nail arts that did not turn out I thought I was going to go crazy.  Either the photography was really off or my sense of color wasn't really there.  I ended up scraping two whole creations + tutorials before I got to this pretty mani.  Was it worth it? Who knows, but I sure love how this one turned out!

It's about to get seriously real in here!  Today I have all 15 stamping polishes from Llarowe to share with you.  This is going to be a massive post full of swatches and discussion.  I was really surprised when I was contacted about these CbL stamping polishes because I didn't know they were in the works/being created.  What's more when I was told the polishes would be across all kinds of finishes and colors I was super intrigued.  I wanted to see what new offerings were going to be coming onto the market and so I accepted and threw my hat into the ring to try.  Plus let's face it the CbL polishes are beautiful.  I own a few myself from the main line so I knew they were going to be something else. So let's take a look these gorgeous polishes and see what innovations are coming now!  As usual if you have any questions feel free to leave 'em in the comments below.

It's been a little hectic over here.  I realized St. Paddy's Day is right around the corner.  I'm not a big celebrator of the holiday.  For me it always equates to a bunch of drunken patients doing things better left undone.  Oh well.  Still I live by the motto of any excuse to paint my nails!  A few years ago I even did a quick 3 look series for the holiday.  This is always such a hectic time of the year for me though because of where it lies in my school schedule so it's rare to get in some classics.  I made this mani last week though with the holiday in mind.  I'd hope to do at least one more but hey at least this one is pretty!

Get ready for it today! Usually I will post my mega reviews of a new product on my blog first but in this case I have so many polishes that are so irresistible that I felt I had to at least do a quick mani for these pretty babies. Plus two of my nails popped off so...  Yup I got the new Colors by Llarowe stamping polishes that will be releasing on the 19th of March for preorder.  These polishes are beautiful and double up a regular polishes too.  I can't wait to share them all with you, but for now here's a taste of what's to come.

UberChic Beauty has been BUSY.  Yes so busy it demanded caps.  Right now I'm pretty sure that Brittany is out to shock and awe and after such a successful year in the stamping game I have to say its amazing how her company is sitting right on top in terms of innovation and creativity.  I'm not gonna hype because these products are gonna do it all for themselves. Super simple super pretty nail art for you guys today! Today's nail art is like an almagamation of a lot of brands I love - Emily de Molly, Liquid Sky Lacquer, and Marianne's Nails.  A perfect trifecta?  I'd say yes especially when holo meets glitter in such a refreshing way!  Btw today's photos and video will be the first I've posted using my new set up.  I think things are getting sharper and better over here so I hope you enjoy :)

I'm back with another review! Epic like in nature as is the usual lay of the land for my blog ;)  Today I'm going to share a brand that I've been wearing a lot so far in 2016, but across a size of plate I've never shared before.  That's right - today is all about Marianne Nails, and the lady that's going to steal the spotlight is the XXL 6 nail art stamping plate ;)  Whenever I post pictures of these XXL plates to my Instagram my feed goes wild.  Everyone wants to know where I got them from, why are they so big, etc etc.  And to be honest I don't think any of my double XL plates have gotten the attention they deserve from this brand.  Also if you've been following along you've seen at least across the rectangular plates that the etching this company produces is flawless flawless flawless!  I can and will show you again, but I thought today I'd show you something different too.  So lets get started leave your question or comments below especially if you love this brand as much as I do!

Am I the only one obsessing over foils?  Lol you probably thought oh she's just gonna post the how to on getting the perfect foil mani but maybe not follow it up with any nail art for a while.  Nah! Actually the reason I created the How To Preserve Your Foil Mani post is because I created this nail art.  I realized I was going to get the same questions like I got on my scattered foil mani and decided hmmm I should just pre-empt it with a blog post and discussion first.  Feel free to check it out if you haven't read it already.   Btw if anyone else has any foil tips or tricks they'd like to share please let me know in the comment.  Also if you have a favorite vendor for cool foils as well since I wanted to try and find some new and cool ones let me know!  That said  enjoy the foil yumminess.

Liquid Sky Lacquer Spring 2016 Collection Swatches

Oh boy oh boy oh boy! Let me try to hold myself back. Wait never mind let me just tell it.  Good googly moogly - Liquid Sky Lacquer has kindly asked me to swatch for them! Hahaha yes that's absolute joy you hear in my "voice". After all if you are following this blog you know darn well how much I love this brand and how much I adore adore adore Carolyn's polishes.  They are stunning! The thermals make me want to die and sometimes I have fantasies where I take gentle bathes in their holographic magic.  Ahem, coming back to myself and out of my insanity.  Today I have the Spring 2016 Collection to show to you and good gracious is it all kinds of magic!

Hillside Wildflowers

Is a glitter topper of yellow, lavender, and pink matte glitters with a purple shimmer.  This polish is gorgeous.  Of the two glitter toppers included in this collection this one is my favorite!  This polish is what I call loaded.  You will never have to fish for glitters with this one because the base has plenty of everything including a generous amount of the shimmer.  For this swatch I just used the dab method after lightly sweeping off most of the glitter from the brush.  I did that so that I could control the amount of glitter placed on each nail.

Suki girl no you didn't!  Oh yes she did :)  Lolol let me stop playing. MoYou London has expanded their Suki Collection again.  Let me stop for a moment and rant because its my blog and I'll rant if I want too.  Here goes.  Um ex-squeeze me MYL, but why on Earth did you release these luscious plates a week after you released your nail art mat which I just had to have and bought with flimsy justifications?  I mean you and I both know I love me some Suki plates.  Why you gotta play me like that? Rant over.  Gah!  Sukiiiiiiiiiii.  Ok um my bad, but really I cannot justify another purchase for these plates even though my heart went all doki doki when I saw them.  Don't believe me then take a look ;)

Suki looks like a model/hairdresser/rainbow colorist/badass I follow on Instagram by the name of DemonPuff aka Tilly aka kawaii demon rainbow bunny. Discovered her via Amy of SugarPill years ago and never looked back.  She is cool as....just like Suki!
